简要总结
Ethical approval will be obtained prior to the study, and the trial will follow the Declaration of Helsinki and ICMR guidelines. Participants from Belagavi city will be screened based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, and informed consent will be obtained. Eligible participants will be randomly allocated into Group A receiving Buteyko breathing exercise and conventional breathing exercises or Group B receiving conventional breathing exercises. Interventions will be delivered by trained physiotherapists once daily, 5 days per week, for 2 weeks with 10 to 15 repetitions per exercise. Assessments will be conducted at baseline and after 2 weeks.

入选标准
- •Individuals of any gender aged 60 to 80 years with a score more than 5 on PQSI ,Individuals who can comprehend given commands.
排除标准
- •Individuals who are known case of sever and uncontrolled angina, myocardial infarction, epilepsy and glaucoma, Individuals who do not wish to participate in this study voluntarily.
