排除标准
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status IV, severe coronary heart disease, high-grade valvular stenosis/insufficiency, cardiac failure, pulmonary hypertension, right ventricular failure, chronic respiratory insufficiency, coagulopathy, anticoagulant medication, or refusal of epidural anaesthesia.
