Inclusion Criteria
1. Elective surgery
2. Cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass
3. Use aortic cross clamping during operation
Exclusion Criteria
-Pregnancy
-Unable to perform VOT on patient's arm
-On cardiopulmonary bypass without aortic cross clamping
