•1. Strabismus or amblyopia;
•2. Myopia is associated with retinal dystrophy or developmental disorders;
•3. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardio cerebrovascular disease, liver and kidney disease, hematopoiesis system, and psychotic patients;
•4. Patients who use other related drugs or treat myopia within 2 weeks;
•5. Patients with diopter less than - 0.5d, or fundus changes associated with pathological myopia and / or significant functional impairment;
•6. Patients with poor compliance were unable to obtain refractive data within 14 weeks and were participating in other clinical trials.
