Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of myopia in children and adolescents;
- •2\. Patients aged 7\-16 years;
- •3\. The patients who signed the informed consent form, the process of obtaining the informed consent conforms to the requirements of clinical trial management norms.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Strabismus or amblyopia;
- •2\. Myopia is associated with retinal dystrophy or developmental disorders;
- •3\. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardio cerebrovascular disease, liver and kidney disease, hematopoiesis system, and psychotic patients;
- •4\. Patients who use other related drugs or treat myopia within 2 weeks;
- •5\. Patients with diopter less than \- 0\.5d, or fundus changes associated with pathological myopia and / or significant functional impairment;
- •6\. Patients with poor compliance were unable to obtain refractive data within 14 weeks and were participating in other clinical trials.
