? Women 19 years of age or older
? Histologically diagnosed with breast cancer
? Have undergone at least one cancer treatment (e.g., surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy)
? Expecting to end, or have already ended, planned cancer treatment within one month (except for those taking oral anti-hormonal agents and those receiving monthly targeted therapy)
? Have access to a smartphone
? Those whose next outpatient visit is scheduled within 6 months
? 2 years have passed since the end of cancer treatment
? Those with evidence of recurrence or metastasis of cancer
