入排标准
入选标准
- •All patients scheduled for cardiac surgery
- •Cardiac surgeries done with mediastinal approach.
- •Investigation report available pre-operative including ECG.2DECHO,PFT,PFR
- •hemodynamically stable after surgery on 1st,2nd and 3rd post operative day.
- •Patient agreed to give written consent and participation
排除标准
- •Patients who developed complications during surgery, example: ventricular arrhythmias, intra-operative myocardial infarction,severe blood loss >1500ml.
- •Hemodynamic instability eg., mean arterial pressure < 70 mmHg, reduced cardiac output requiring intra-aortic balloon pump or vasoactive drugs.
- •Intubation duration > 72 hours and need re-intubation.
- •Patients diagnosed with any neuromuscular and systemic condition
- •Patient having difficulty in cognitive function.
- •Not follows inclusion criteria
