1) Adult men and women aged 20 to 85
2) Patients who have been diagnosed with neurological and muscular disorders with speech disorders (stroke, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, etc.) and have been diagnosed for more than 6 months
3) Those who can follow the inspector's instructions and have a Korean version of the simple mental status test of 21 or more
4) Those who fully understand the purpose and procedure of the study and wish to participate in clinical research through voluntary consent
1) Those with language disorders (referred to as a simplified aphasia screening evaluation by rehabilitation medicine specialists)
2) Those who show severe cognitive decline (less than 21 points in Korean version of the simple mental state test) that cannot be followed by the examiner's instructions.
3) Those who have serious medical conditions that are not treated
4) A person who has determined that the researcher is unsuitable for participation in clinical research due to other reasons.
