Inclusion Criteria
ASA 1&2 patients.
Age between 18 to 65 years.
Patients scheduled for elective surgical procedure requiring general anaesthesia with muscle paralysis.
Exclusion Criteria
Gastro esophageal reflux disease.
Patient expected to have difficult airway.
Pregnant patients.
Patients with abdominal distension.
Maxillofacial trauma.
Patients requiring rapid sequence induction.
Patients with known allergy to anesthetic drugs.
