Targeted for adults aged 20-39 years old residing in Korea
- Those who responded with irritable bowel syndrome through self-report in the questionnaire
- Those who agreed to 12 weeks of nutrition education using web-based applications such as mobile phones and messengers
· Those who regularly take drugs that affect intestinal motility (antibiotics, laxatives, enemas, antidiarrheal drugs, digestive stimulants, anticholinergics)
· Those who have been diagnosed with cancer and are undergoing treatment
· Inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis,
· Those with chronic colon disease (including lactose intolerance, celiac disease)
· Those who have been diagnosed with an organic disease (gastric ulcer, acute enteritis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis, appendicitis, liver abscess, acute hepatitis, etc.) that can cause abdominal symptoms within the last 6 months
·People with mental retardation or cognitive impairment who are unable to make voluntary decisions
·Persons with stress disorders and psychiatric disorders receiving treatment
· Those who did not agree to participate in the study
· Those who have difficulty in non-face-to-face education
· Non-Korean
· Persons judged by other researchers as inappropriate to participate in the research
