Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Targeted for adults aged 20\-39 years old residing in Korea
- •\- Those who responded with irritable bowel syndrome through self\-report in the questionnaire
- •\- Those who agreed to 12 weeks of nutrition education using web\-based applications such as mobile phones and messengers
Exclusion Criteria
- •· Those who regularly take drugs that affect intestinal motility (antibiotics, laxatives, enemas, antidiarrheal drugs, digestive stimulants, anticholinergics)
- •· Those who have been diagnosed with cancer and are undergoing treatment
- •· Inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis,
- •· Those with chronic colon disease (including lactose intolerance, celiac disease)
- •· Those who have been diagnosed with an organic disease (gastric ulcer, acute enteritis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis, appendicitis, liver abscess, acute hepatitis, etc.) that can cause abdominal symptoms within the last 6 months
- •·People with mental retardation or cognitive impairment who are unable to make voluntary decisions
- •·Persons with stress disorders and psychiatric disorders receiving treatment
- •· Those who did not agree to participate in the study
- •· Those who have difficulty in non\-face\-to\-face education
- •· Non\-Korean
