Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Biliary obstruction which indicated for endoscopic ultrasound\-guided hepaticogastrostomy
  • Left intrahepatic duct larger than 5 millimeters
  • Age more than 18 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • Uncorrectable coagulopathy
  • Contrast material allergy
  • Severe comorbidity
  • Acute cholangitis with organ failure.
