- •Biliary obstruction which indicated for endoscopic ultrasound-guided hepaticogastrostomy
- •Left intrahepatic duct larger than 5 millimeters
- •Age more than 18 years
排除标准
- •Uncorrectable coagulopathy
- •Contrast material allergy
- •Severe comorbidity
- •Acute cholangitis with organ failure.
