Inclusion Criteria
. Professional Elite pistol shooters who have played at national and international level competition.
Both male and female players.
Subjects who are cooperative and willing to participate in study.
Subject with normal Heart Rate, Respiratory Rate, Blood Pressure, BMI.
Exclusion Criteria
Elite shooter with history of musculoskeletal injury or pathology of upper limb in past 6 months.
Shooter who have under training of strengthening exercises.
Shooter with excessive sweating in hand.
Subjects with oral pathology.
Subjects with cardiac, pulmonary, metabolic or other disorders.
History of participant with any neurological disorders.
