(1) Patients with primary angle closure with patent iridotomy with visible angle at least 90 degrees and primary open angle glaucoma without secondary cause (uveitic, aphakic, angle recession) (not include congenital/juvenile glaucoma, normotensive glaucoma, ocular hypertension)
(2) Age at least 20 year-old
(3) Regular 2-year follow up
(4) First treatment in study period
(1) History of previous ALT
(2) History of previous intraocular surgery except cataract surgery
(3) Received long term topical/systemic corticosteroid
(4) Anterior segment haziness
(5) Underwent anterior segment laser other than SLT, and intraocular surgery during the follow up period
