Caregivers of the elderly over the age of 65 with chronic disease (cardiovascular disease, stroke, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, arthritis and musculoskeletal problems, hearing and vision loss)
Family caregivers include spouse, children, relatives or friends
20 hours of care per week and at least 6 months of care for the elderly
Access to a smartphone and the ability to use it and not participate in similar training programs
En Caregivers of the elderly with psychiatric disorders
Reluctance to continue working
Absence of training sessions at least 2 sessions
Critical changes in the condition of the elderly or her/his death
