Inclusion Criteria
in-patints of the University Hospital Düsseldorf with uro-genital cancer (diagnoses according to ICD-10: C60, C61, C62, C63, C64, C65, C66, C67, C68)
-age >18 years
-Legal capacity
-German language skills
-DT = 5 and/or desire for psycho-oncological help
Exclusion Criteria
palliative treatment situation (life expectancy under 6 months)

Name Time Method Factors of utilisation of online psycho-oncological counselling<br><br>Questionnaires at recriutment (T1) and after 3 months (T2)<br>1.depression and anxiety (PHQ-4) <br>2.quality of life (EORTC-QLQ-C30) <br>3.psychosocial distress and practical, family, emotional and physical problems (Distress-Thermometer with problem list)<br>4.(modified) Questionnaire on support and counselling needs<br>5.E-Health literacy (eHealth Literacy Scale, eHEALS)<br>6.sociodemographic data (age, gender) and psychooncologic basic documentation (PO-BADO)<br>7.evaluation of the online-intervention after the online intervention:<br>-patient satisfaction (modified patient satisfaction questionnaire, ZUF-8) <br>-reason for choosing the online intervention (open question)<br>-Assessment of usability (Telehealth Usability Questionnaire, TUQ)<br>-Fear of Covid-19 (FCV-19S)<br>
