Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. The patient was diagnosed as a child with acute upper respiratory tract infection, and cough was the main symptom (\>\=2 points), and the onset time was within 48h;
  • 2\. syndrome differentiation for Tibetan medicine qiang cai;
  • 3\. Aged 2 to 14 years.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Children with severe malnutrition, or accompanied by other serious systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, children with mental disorders, and children allergic to this medicine;
  • 2\. Children with epstein\-barrvirus (EBV) infection, mycoplasma infection, high risk of upper respiratory tract diseases and respiratory infectious diseases;
  • 3\. Children with bronchiolitis, bronchitis, pneumonia and other lower respiratory tract infections;
  • 4\. Children who have taken anti\-cold or cough medicine (including western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine) after onset.
