Before the experiment, The experimental group had a mean score of fatigue (mean 5.47, SD 1.99) and the control group (mean 5.46, SD 1.63). After the 3rd week of trial, the mean scores of the experimental group decreased (mean 4.56, SD 2.01) and the control group (mean 5.54, SD 1.92). At the end of the trial at week 6, the experimental group had mean score of fatigue (mean 3.52, SD 1.98) and the control group had mean score of fatigue.(mean 5.09, SD 2.03)

入选标准
- •Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis receiving antituberculosis drugs who were 18 years of age or older and had been treated for 2 weeks or more, experience with fatigue, ability to continue daily routines for at least 6 minutes without getting tired, no restrictions on walking and exercising, no cognitive impairment, ability to use the LINE application and communicate by speaking, reading and writing in Thai.
排除标准
- •Patients with comorbidities causing simple fatigue, such as AIDS, cancer with chemotherapy or radiotherapy, emphysema, asthma Stage 4 kidney failure and up, congestive heart failure, a history of COVID-19 infection, a psychiatric disorder and sleep apnea.
