入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Female Bharatanatyam dancers undergoing training.
- •2. with minimum experience of 5 years in dance.
- •3. Regular training of at least 3 days a week and at least 1hour a day
- •4. Dancers complaining of acute nonspecific low back pain with NPRS rating between 3 and 8 and duration less than 3 months.
- •5. Nulliparous dancers complaining of stress incontinence or screened with questionnaire QUID-(validity: 80%, reliability: =0.70%)
- •6. Hamstring tightness indicated by passive straight leg raise- <70 degree hip flexion
排除标准
- •1. Subjects with known history of upper and lower limb bone fracture, spine trauma or vertebral fracture and/or congenital spine disorders.
- •2 Subjects with any pathological conditions of the spine.-cancer and inflammatory disease
- •3. Subjects with any cardiopulmonary and neurological condition contraindicating the exercise protocol.
- •4. Subjects with chronic low back pain, SI joint dysfunction or uterine prolapse degree by stage 2 or higher.
