Inclusion Criteria
1) Individuals of age group 16-60 years
2) Practicing recreational cycling at least once a week
3) Have been cycling for a minimum of 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Individuals aged less than 16 years or more than 60 years
2) Cycling athletes
3) Been cycling for less than 6 months
