Inclusion Criteria
1)weight 30-70 kgs
2)american society of anaesthesiology grade 1 or 2
3)posted for elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia with oral endotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients with predicted difficult airway (mouth opening of less than 2.5cm, mallampati class 3 or 4, cervical spine deformitied, neck and jaw deformities)
2)Patients with BMI more than 25 kg per m2
3) Patients with urti, oro-pharyngeal pathology, history of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, allergy to any drugs used in the study
4)Pregnant females
5)Patients not willing for participation
