Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)weight 30\-70 kgs
- •2\)american society of anaesthesiology grade 1 or 2
- •3\)posted for elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia with oral endotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients with predicted difficult airway (mouth opening of less than 2\.5cm, mallampati class 3 or 4, cervical spine deformitied, neck and jaw deformities)
- •2\)Patients with BMI more than 25 kg per m2
- •3\) Patients with urti, oro\-pharyngeal pathology, history of gastro\-oesophageal reflux disease, allergy to any drugs used in the study
- •4\)Pregnant females
- •5\)Patients not willing for participation
