Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient with Age of 18–60 years
2.Patient of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class I and II
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient’s refusal .
2.Patient having Bleeding disorders .
3.Patient having Neurological disease.
4.Patient having Local skin infections at the site of spinal block.
5.Patient having Severe back deformities .
6.Patient having Raised intracranial pressure .
7.Patient having Cardiac and respiratory disease .
8.Patient of Morbid obesity

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Onset of sensory block: will be tested at every 2 min. intervals till the establishment of the block and every 5 min. during surgery. <br/ ><br>2.Duration of sensory block: after completion of surgery the sensory block will be tested at 15 min. interval till its complete regression. <br/ ><br>3.Onset of motor block: will be tested every 2 min. till establishment of block. <br/ ><br>4.Duration of motor block: will be tested every 15 min. interval till its complete regression.Timepoint: 1.Onset of sensory block: will be checked at every 2 min. intervals till the establishment of the block and every 5 min. during surgery. <br/ ><br>2.Duration of sensory block: after completion of surgery the sensory block will be tested at 15 min. interval till its complete regression. <br/ ><br>3.Onset of motor block: will be tested every 2 min. till establishment of block. <br/ ><br>4.Duration of motor block: will be tested every 15 min. interval till its complete regression.
