简要总结
This observational study investigates the effect of upper cross syndrome on Posture, Function and Quality of life among Salon Workers aged 20-50 year’s. In upper cross syndrome the sternocleidomastoid, upper trapezius , sub - occipital muscles, they are getting tight and the upper cross syndrome a condition where the muscles are out of balance, in the neck, upper back and shoulder. Salon workers are doing repetitive movement in prolonged period so they have higher risk of poor posture. The study aims to assess the prevalence of upper cross syndrome in this population and explore it’s association with Posture assessment ( measured by goniometer or Posture analysis software) Pain level ( Numerical rating scales) Quality of life ( SF-36) and Disability and functional Impact ( Neck disability index) . The findings are expected to highlight the overlooked Effect of upper cross syndrome in Salon Workers, advocating for early identification and management of this condition to improve their Posture, Function and Quality of life
