Inclusion Criteria
IPD patients with biochemical, radiologic or histopathologic evidence (wherever available) of liver cirrhosis and with qualifying into the ACLF according to APASL definition
Exclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed with other organ failures unrelated to present ailment which can influence the outcome of this study
Patients diagnosed with HIV/Malignancy
