- •second trimester pregnant women
- •pregnant women with no gross abnormality found in ultrasound
排除标准
- •multigestational pregnancy
- •pregnant women with abnormality found in ultrasound pregnant women with contraindication to amniocentesis : threatened abortion
- •history of xylocaine or paracetamol allergy
- •skin infection on abdominal area
- •pregnant women with psychic problems
