Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are candidates for isolated coronary artery bypass graft on cardiopulmonary bypass
Exclusion Criteria
(i) Patients with significant right ventricular outflow tract obstruction
(ii) Patients undergoing re-do coronary artery bypass graft
(iii) Patients with previous history of cardiac surgical procedures
(iv) Patients who have contra-indications for performance of Transesophageal echocardiography
