Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who are candidates for isolated coronary artery bypass graft on cardiopulmonary bypass

Exclusion Criteria

  • •(i) Patients with significant right ventricular outflow tract obstruction
  • •(ii) Patients undergoing re\-do coronary artery bypass graft
  • •(iii) Patients with previous history of cardiac surgical procedures
  • •(iv) Patients who have contra\-indications for performance of Transesophageal echocardiography
