Inclusion Criteria

Age equal or superior to 18 years; to have cognitive ability to follow the guidelines and to respond to Piper's fatigue scale through the application of Mental State Minisease (MMSE); score above 60% on the Karnofsky scale; to have a telephone (landline or cellular) to follow the teaching program.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who reported difficulties in receiving telephone calls; and patients taking antidepressants or with chronic pain.
