1 Age group early and middle adult age group 22 to 44 years of age
2 Parents of children diagnosed as intellectually disabled within five years
3 Mild to Moderate cases on Hamilton Depressive Rating Scale
4 Participants which fit the criteria of Dysthymia mild to moderate cases according to DSM5 as mentioned below
Feelings of worthlessness, hopelessness, or disproportionate guilt
Loss of interest in activities one used to enjoy
A low or depressed mood
Changes in appetite
Sleeping too much or too little (hypersomnia or insomnia)
Irritability
Depression due to other medical condition
Pregnant and Lactating Mother
Severe cases based on Hamilton Depressive Rating Scale

Name Time Method Reduction in Hamilton Depression Scale is expected to show an improvement in Dysthymia.Timepoint: Hamilton Depression scale will be used at baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks etc. <br/ ><br>6 months enrolment <br/ ><br>6 months of follow ups <br/ ><br>3 months of analysis
