1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of nerve root adhesion in lumbar disc herniation;
2. Patients with ODI >= 10;
3. The age is between 20 and 70 years old;
4. Patients who voluntarily join the study and sign informed consent after informed consent.
1. Patients with lumbar disc herniation without nerve root adhesion;
2. Patients with lumbar disc herniation with cauda equina and lower extremity motor nerve injury;
3. Patients who have received spinal surgery;
4. For patients with history of severe spinal trauma, spinal bone lesions such as spinal fracture, dislocation, spinal tuberculosis, scoliosis, spinal instability, spinal tumor, severe lumbar degenerative changes and other spinal bone lesions were detected by imaging examination;
5. Patients with local soft tissue rupture or infectious inflammatory lesions;
6. Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoiesis, digestive system and other serious diseases or mental disorders;
7. Pregnant or lactating women;
8. Patients who are considered unsuitable or unwilling to join the study.
