- •Current subthreshold depressive symptoms, operationalized with the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 modified for Adolescents (PHQ-A; Johnson, Harris, Spitzer & Williams, 2002) with sum scores in the range of 10 – 14; sufficient German language skills; internet access
排除标准
- •PHQ-A sum score < 10 or > 14; current suicidal intents according to the PHQ-A; other current mental health problems as identified by scoring above the clinical cut-off in one or more of the following questionnaires: Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ; Goodman, Meltzer, & Bailey, 1998), Short Evaluation of Eating Disorders (SEED; Bauer, Winn, Schmidt, & Kordy, 2005), Weight Concerns Scale (WCS; Killen et al., 1996), Car, Relax, Alone, Forget, Friends, Trouble (CRAFFT-d; Tossmann, Kasten, Lang, & Struber, 2009) and Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT; Babor, Higgins-Biddle, Saunders, & Monteiro, 2001)
