Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients of age 20-60yrs.
2.Patients having hyperkeratosis lesions/ Kadar.
3.Kadar present in Pada tala and hasta tala.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients contra-indicated for Agnikarma.
2.Patients having any serious systemic disease.
3.Pregnant women, lactating women and children and people aged below 20 years and above 60 years.
4.Infected Corns & having more than 3-4 Kadar.
5.Those who are psychologically not fit for the treatment.
6.Patients having viral markers reactive.
7.Patients who are known case of HTN, DM, Tuberculosis etc.

Name Time Method 1. Mrked improved- More then 75% relief in sign and symptoms. <br/ ><br>2.Moderate improved- 50- 75% relief in sign and symptoms. <br/ ><br>3. MIld improved-25-50% relief in sign and symptoms. <br/ ><br>4.No improvement- less tham 25% relief in sign and symptoms.Timepoint: 4 weeks with 4 weeks of followup.
