(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria;
(2) Aged >=18 years old male or female;
(3) Recent ischemic stroke within 10 days after onset;
(4) Stroke with limb dysfunction and the Modified Rankin Scale (MRS) score was 2-5;
(5) Informed consent signed.
(1) Patients who have a history of stroke and scored more than 2 points on the MRS before the onset of the disease; or with preexisting limb dysfunction caused by other reasons, before treatment, such as claudication, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, etc.;
(2) Patients with massive cerebral infarction (CT suggested that the lesion involved more than one lobe or more than 1/3 of the blood supply area of the middle cerebral artery) accompanied with signs of severe cerebral edema, space-occupying effect and cerebral herniation, or those who needs surgery;
(3) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials in past three months.
