1.Willingness of patients.
2.Upto 10 years after establishment of menopause.
3.Women having clinical features of menopausal syndrome along with psychological disturbances which are present in Menopausal rating scale (MRS Scale) are included.
4.Women with surgical menopause (i.e. after hysterectomy) are included.
1.Patients suffering from any acute and chronic illness.
2.Patients on treatment with HRT or other estrogenic drugs were excluded.
3.Patients with poorly controlled DM and HTN ( >160/100 mm of Hg) were excluded.
4.Symptomatic patients with clinical evidence of Heart disease.
5.Patients with diagnose case of Malignancy.
