- •4.Elective and emergency surgeries under general anaesthesia

- •1. BMI >35 kg/m2
- •2. Pregnant women.
- •3.Renal or Hepatic impairment
- •4.Cardiopulmonary disease
- •5.Cardiac rhythm abnormalities –heart block
- •6. Allergy to drugs being used
