Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.ASA grade 1 and 2\.
- •2\.Age 18 to 60 years.
- •3\.Both gender
- •4\.Elective and emergency surgeries under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. BMI \>35 kg/m2
- •2\. Pregnant women.
- •3\.Renal or Hepatic impairment
- •4\.Cardiopulmonary disease
- •5\.Cardiac rhythm abnormalities –heart block
- •6\. Allergy to drugs being used
