Inclusion Criteria
- •English speaking individuals with BMI more than or equal to 25 kg/m2 and BMI less than or equal to 30 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with any musculoskeletal condition that limits physical activity like recent surgery, fracture or injuries; pregnant women and individuals having difficulty in comprehending and suffering from mental illness
