1. Age > 18 years
2. Unilateral breast cancer
3. Post Breast conservation surgery, stage I,IIA and IIB.
4. Patients planned for whole breast radiation F/B tumor bed
boost with pathologically N0 disease.
5. Adequate axillary dissection (10-12 nodes dissected)
6. Post op Histopathology-Invasive ductal carcinoma, negative
margins, Lymphovascular space invasion –ve, Extranodal
extension -ve
1. Bilateral breast cancer/ recurrent breast cancer
2. Previous radiation therapy to chest wall
3. Active infection in local site, i.e: arm.
4. Predisposing conditions to Lymphedema and lymphadenitis.
