入选标准
- •1. Age > 18 years
- •2. Unilateral breast cancer
- •3. Post Breast conservation surgery, stage I,IIA and IIB.
- •4. Patients planned for whole breast radiation F/B tumor bed
- •boost with pathologically N0 disease.
- •5. Adequate axillary dissection (10-12 nodes dissected)
- •6. Post op Histopathology-Invasive ductal carcinoma, negative
- •margins, Lymphovascular space invasion –ve, Extranodal
- •extension -ve
排除标准
- •1. Bilateral breast cancer/ recurrent breast cancer
- •2. Previous radiation therapy to chest wall
- •3. Active infection in local site, i.e: arm.
- •4. Predisposing conditions to Lymphedema and lymphadenitis.
