Inclusion Criteria

Patients aged 18 to 55 years
Thermal burns of 20-50%, at least 15% of which are deep 2nd degree or 3rd degree

Exclusion Criteria

Inhalation damage
Chemical or electrical burns
Treatment of reducing the patient's level of consciousness during hospitalization
