- Ages
- 16 Years to o limit (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •Soft tissue injury of the shoulder
- •At least 16 years of age
- •Understand written and spoken English
- •Have no cognitive disorders that could impede learning.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any health conditions that may adversely effect the participants ability to undertake shoulder exercises.
