- •Have a cell phone and have internet access to use the Whatsapp® application; literate and ability to understand the Portuguese language and without visual and / or cognitive impairment

- •Individuals who express a desire to no longer participate in the study will be excluded; those who have lost or changed their phone number; those who are hospitalized or dying and / or those who refuse to participate in the interview to assess outcomes.
