Inclusion Criteria

student girls aged 15-30 years were complained of oligo/amenorrhea; hirsutism score =8 based on Ferriman-Galway scale.
Exclusion criteria: history of medical treatment from 3 months age; participation in another study; no willing to participate in this study.
