1. Patients undergoing diabetic foot surgery in our hospital;
2. Aged 60 to 90 years old;
3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II to III, patients without severe respiratory, circulatory, liver, kidney, and coagulation dysfunction;
4. Surgery grade 1-3.
1. Patients who are unable or unwilling to cooperate with the cognitive function scale test;
2. Patients who refuse to receive electroacupuncture;
3. Patients with damaged skin at the acupuncture site;
4. Patients with low compliance, severe hearing, visual impairment, reading and comprehension impairment;
5. Patients with preoperative psychiatric disorders;
6. Patients with severe respiratory, circulatory or other system dysfunction;
7. Patients with pacemakers.
