a. Age >= 19
b. hemoptysis amount =< 200cc/24hr
c. Stable vital sign
- heart rate < 100 beats/min
- Systolic blood pressure > 90 mmHg
- Respiratory rate < 24 breaths/min
- SpO2 > 90%
d. No history of intervention or surgery within 3 years to control hemoptysis
e. bronchial artery hypertrophy on CT
f. Benign lung parenchymal disease (e.g., tuberculosis, bronchiectasis) on CT
a.Patients with anticoagulation / antiplatelet agents
b.Coagulopathy (INR>1.5) or thrombocytopenia (Platelet count <50K)
c.Pregnant or lactating women
d.Malignant neoplasms in the lung and bronchus
e.Traumatic hemoptysis
f.Iatrogenic hemoptysis
g.Pulmonary artery thromboembolism
h.Vasculitis
i.Contraindication to tranexamic acid
