Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a. Age \>\= 19
- •b. hemoptysis amount \=\< 200cc/24hr
- •c. Stable vital sign
- •\- heart rate \< 100 beats/min
- •\- Systolic blood pressure \> 90 mmHg
- •\- Respiratory rate \< 24 breaths/min
- •\- SpO2 \> 90%
- •d. No history of intervention or surgery within 3 years to control hemoptysis
- •e. bronchial artery hypertrophy on CT
- •f. Benign lung parenchymal disease (e.g., tuberculosis, bronchiectasis) on CT
Exclusion Criteria
- •a.Patients with anticoagulation / antiplatelet agents
- •b.Coagulopathy (INR\>1\.5\) or thrombocytopenia (Platelet count \<50K)
- •c.Pregnant or lactating women
- •d.Malignant neoplasms in the lung and bronchus
- •e.Traumatic hemoptysis
- •f.Iatrogenic hemoptysis
- •g.Pulmonary artery thromboembolism
- •h.Vasculitis
- •i.Contraindication to tranexamic acid
