入选标准
- •a. Age >= 19
- •b. hemoptysis amount =< 200cc/24hr
- •c. Stable vital sign
- •- heart rate < 100 beats/min
- •- Systolic blood pressure > 90 mmHg
- •- Respiratory rate < 24 breaths/min
- •- SpO2 > 90%
- •d. No history of intervention or surgery within 3 years to control hemoptysis
- •e. bronchial artery hypertrophy on CT
- •f. Benign lung parenchymal disease (e.g., tuberculosis, bronchiectasis) on CT
排除标准
- •a.Patients with anticoagulation / antiplatelet agents
- •b.Coagulopathy (INR>1.5) or thrombocytopenia (Platelet count <50K)
- •c.Pregnant or lactating women
- •d.Malignant neoplasms in the lung and bronchus
- •e.Traumatic hemoptysis
- •f.Iatrogenic hemoptysis
- •g.Pulmonary artery thromboembolism
- •h.Vasculitis
- •i.Contraindication to tranexamic acid
