Patient having clinical features of Nija or Agnatuj Dushta vrana i.e. foul Smell,pus discharge ,pain,burning sensation and edema.
wound less than or equal to 10 cm2 of area.
patient with all types of dushta vrana with maximum history of 1 month.
patient suffering from systemic disease like uncontrolled DM, TB ,CKD, Severe anaemia, malnutrition.
patient suffering from grave condition like malignant ulcer and other severe illness like HIV.
wound greater than 10 cm2 or depth greater than 1 cm.
bone deep ulcer ,compound fracture and ischemic ulcer.
