Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Those are multicultural and native adolescents between the ages of 14 and 16 who are attending middle schools in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon, and want to voluntarily participate in the intervention.
- •\- Multicultural adolescents
- •?Those of a multicultural family, and a child whose country of birth is Korea or who entered the country midway
- •?Those between the ages of 14 and 16
- •?Those who can read, write, and speak Korean
- •\- Native adolescents
- •?Those both parents were born in Korea and have Korean nationality, and the child is also a Korean national.
- •?Those between the ages of 14 and 16
Exclusion Criteria
- •?Those without parental consent
- •?Those who have a disease that requires diet, such as type 1 diabetes, or are taking medication
