1. Patients whose teeth have pulp necrosis, which will be confirmed by absence of a response to pulp sensitivity tests and radiographic evidence of apical periodontitis or periapical radiolucency.
2. No spontaneous pre-treatment pain or at the time of the appointment.
1. Patients who used antibiotics in the past three months or had systemic disease.
2. Visibly exposed root canals.
3. Teeth that could not be isolated.
4. Fistula and oedema in periapical tissues.
5. Advanced periodontal disease.
6. Incomplete root formation.
7. History of recent dental trauma.
8. Teeth with root canal curvatures greater than 20°.
9. Teeth shorter than 15mm and longer than 25mm.
10. Crown/root fracture, root resorption or calcifications.
