入选标准
- •Patients posted for elective lower limb surgeries like femur surgeries, PFN with nailing, hemiarthroplasty etc.
- •Patients of ASA 1,2 & 3 of either sex.
- •Age > 60 years and above.
- •Height between 150-175 cm.
- •Weight between 40-85 kg.
排除标准
- •Patients of ASA 4 & 5
- •Patients on anticoagulants
- •With any bleeding disorder
- •Neurological deficit
- •History of drug allergy to local anasthetic
- •Any local infection
- •Known autonomic neuropathy
