Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients posted for elective lower limb surgeries like femur surgeries, PFN with nailing, hemiarthroplasty etc.
  • •Patients of ASA 1,2 \& 3 of either sex.
  • •Age \> 60 years and above.
  • •Height between 150\-175 cm.
  • •Weight between 40\-85 kg.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients of ASA 4 \& 5
  • •Patients on anticoagulants
  • •With any bleeding disorder
  • •Neurological deficit
  • •History of drug allergy to local anasthetic
  • •Any local infection
  • •Known autonomic neuropathy
