- •Patients with BMI of ≥40 kg/m2
- •no history of renal disease
- •scheduled for bariatric surgery at our centre
排除标准
- •Patients who received steroid therapy within six months prior to the surgery
- •patients with malignancy
- •patients who are pregnant
- •patients with stage 3A kidney disease and beyond (defined as an eGFR <60 mL/min/1.73m2)
