Children aged 5 to 15 years newly diagnosed with anisometropic amblyopia
Children less than 5 years and more than15 years
Children who are previously on treatment for anisometropic amblyopia.
Presence of strabismus, deprivation amblyopia, nystagmus
History of previous ocular surgery, intraocular inflammation, corneal disease, retinal disease or optic nerve disease
Ocular media opacities including cataract
Other diseases of the visual pathway
Glaucoma, neurological disease
Insufficient cooperation
