Inclusion Criteria
Patients presented with at least one symptom of fever, productive cough, dyspnea or pleuritic chest pain, in addition to abnormal findings during auscultation (crepitation or rhonchi) and evidence from the chest X-ray of new or increasing lung infiltration
Exclusion Criteria
patients who met the major criteria at emergency department (need of a vasopressor or mechanical ventilation) or pregnancy
