Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged 20 and older who were discharged from all ICUs within the hospital and transferred to general wards.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who were discharged from the ICU under special circumstances despite not having improved:
- Patients who were transferred to a general ward for end-of-life preparations.
- Patients or their guardians who refused necessary ICU treatment.
- Patients who were transferred to another hospital.
Exclusions may also be made based on the judgment of the researchers.
