Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury directly admitted to Neuro\-intensive care unit (NICU) within 24 hour of injury.
- •2\.Glasgow Coma Score less than or equals to 12\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with pre\-existing lung injuries like Rib fractures with contusion.
- •2\.Patients with initial ABG (done within 6 hours of ICU admission) showing PaO2/FiO2 \< 200 will be excluded.
- •3\.History of pre\-existing cardiac disease.
- •4\.Patient relatives refusal to provide informed consent
